Local Shipping for UAE:
We offer local shipping within the UAE. The shipping cost for orders within the UAE varies depending on the destination city and the value of the order. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 2-3 business days. We do not ship on public holidays.
International Shipping:
We also offer international shipping to selected countries. The shipping cost for international orders varies depending on the destination country and the weight of the package. We use reliable courier services to ensure timely delivery of your orders. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be incurred.

Policy around Returns, Exchanges, Damages, and Lost Packages:
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a return or exchange. We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used or are not in their original packaging. In the case of lost packages, we will investigate the matter with the courier service and provide a resolution as soon as possible.

We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping destination and the courier service used. Payment Options:
We accept, cash on delivery (COD), bank transfer or card payment. For COD orders we will process your order and our fulfilment partners will contact you for the delivery of your shipment and cash collection. For bank transfer kindly contact us and we will provide you with our bank account details. Your order will be shipped once payment has been successfully transferred. For card payment, we accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards.
Payment Requirements and Instructions:
COD orders have to paid in cash as our agent won't be carrying POS machine. For bank transfer orders, please note that if payment is not received within three days your order will be canceled. For card payment, payment will be processed at the time of placing the order via a secure payment gateway to ensure the safety of your payment information.
