Possible Reasons for Refund or Replacement:
We will provide a refund or replacement for any of the following reasons:
The item has a fault that wouldn't normally have been detected at the time of shipping (hidden fault).
The item is not the same as described or does not match the pictures shown on our website at the time of purchase.
The item is not suitable for the customer's intended use as described before purchase.
Incorrect Shipping Address or Missing Contact Number:
If the shipping address is inaccurate or the contact number is missing, we will approach you by email. If we do not receive a response within 2 days, your order will be canceled from our end and you will be refunded to your credit/debit card used to pay online. The refund process may take 5 to 10 days. To confirm the refund, please refer to your bank statement.
